Indiabulls - cannot make Power

Indiabulls power business model is unlike that of REC and it has no experience in executing power projects, Also it's prior projects show a distinct lack of governance and may be on its last legs with the regulator chasing it down..it has no fund raising capability and it has no qualified people on board for the power business. May get subscribed because of quasi QIPs
