Yes Bank to issue & allot equity shares

The committee of Yes Bank has decided to issue and allot 38,362,709 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 269.50 per equity share, aggregating Rs 10,33.875 crore.
These shares were allotted by the capital raising committee on 27 January 2010.
